Ben 10 first transforms into Water Hazard in the episode Fame. Water Hazard is from the Andromeda Galaxy though his exact origin is unknown.

Water Hazard can shoot water from his hands and in turn pull moisture back out of the atmosphere. He can manipulate water forming it into shapes in the air. He is extremely strong and can take a great deal of punishment without feeling any pain – he is protected by an exoskeleton.

Water Hazard is available as a 10cm action figure. Be sure to have him in case Ben gets into trouble on an ocean world.
