Brainstorm is a hyper-intelligent alien who Ben first uses in the episode Pier Pressure. With a British accent and a crab-like body Brainstorm uses his wits to outsmart his opponents.

Brainstorm can fold back the shell covering his head to reveal his powerful brain; this opens up his powers of levitation, force-fields and weather control. He can also use his pincers to create electricity. While Brainstorms massive brain is his strength it is also his greatest weakness: he approaches things in an overly complicated manner and speaks with such complex words that few people understand him. Brainstorm is also slowed by his crab-like legs.
